0000Z 35443 Carrier
0008Z Carrier off, no signals
0009Z 35443 CW ID RWM repeatedly for a about a minute
0010Z 35443 Time pips every second



Not heard on its other frequencies of 4996 & 14996 kHz

This is the first time that I saw it. I just happened to be tuning around and paused on WWV briefly, then saw what I thought was noise, but then realized 9996, so paid attention for a bit. Lo & behold, a new one.

Also heard some OMs talking in USB on 9985 and different OMs on 10005 kHz. Not English, unsure which language(s).

I've gotten this frequency for RWM most evenings (anywhere from 0200-0600 UTC) during the spring months, but I've copied 14996 only once for sure (around 1645-1700 sometime in early May IIRC (neglected to log it for some dumb reason), and once again but not definitely just earlier this week. I've never copied 4996.
