Weak carrier, no audio heard.
Now hearing music at 1359. YL talking? Hard to make out, could be an ID? Checking the recording, it was an NPR ID.
Then I heard an old time radio drama?
Off at 1503z.

1504: Off the air

Heard an ID for NPR around 1418, so I guess a relay.  Fady but fair on peaks in SW PA.
