0450z.  Heard the following repeated several times, both in  English and in French, by a female voice:

"Your attention is required."

"We have a problem"

"Operation has been completed."

"A new version is online."

S9 signal, but pounded by persistent OTHR.

Heard that too, but wasn't near a computer to post anything; also it was heard on a portable (Degen/Kaito 1103/DE1103) radio ...
