Music with fair signal.

EDIT: I had the SDR recording (initial log made with a portable while waiting for fireworks) and the program began transmitting at 0251. Fair to good signal there.

Pounding into N. Alabama at 0310 w/ monologue by OM about "the children", "opening the treasure chest", "Jack came out", etc.  Eerie background music, similar to what was heard on Art Bell's "Coast to Coast" program.  <Onmiute or two of silence at 0318, the back on w/ more music and random talk.

ID and address by OM for the Elkhorn, NE PO Box at 0121 UTC.  Is this mailrdop still in operation?
