Assuming this is a relay by Clever Name Radio S-9+ here  2326 with well modulated audio.

Catching Cool AM here also at 2318, hearing James Cotton also. Signal at best is a S5 and audio good at peaks. It was great to hear ya CoolAM, even though it was a tough catch here, wish it was better. :-\

Cool AM Relay, 6940U, 2327, 7.8.17.  Blues, male announcer with 2 more blues, then off 2338.  Back about 2350 with rock and same announcer, off again 0006.

started out S6 then was S7 by 0006.
