Stumbled across this at around 17:00utc/
Very weak signal barely can make it out.
sounds like a alien invasion show repeating just a few sentences over and over.

17:15utc fading in now  Alan Maxwell speaking of the "truth"
17:20utc KIPM id.

fading in and out...
