Those frequencies around 6600 are known in Europe as "EC band". I don't know the meaning of "EC". That band is used somewhat like CB, but only from fixed stations I think. Most music played is not welcome, that's a moderated way to say it.

Round chats also heard sometimes around 6300 on local mornings, or around 3450 at late night.

The EC band seems to be illegal. Also often heard with Italian stations, and at times with Russians.

At least, such a high level of fight and insults should be banned from the airwaves...

I heard once of a commercial antenna for EC band, maybe from Italy ?

Generally, the use of LSB seems from ham habits in the low SW bands.
