2214-2355UTC WBNY 6950AM many id's as "WBNY Relay Service", Voice of Next Thursday with Australian who sounds like the "Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy" announcer. Pirates Week for September 19th, 2010, with lots of news about pirate radio and clips of stations on the air.  Signed off at 2355 with what sounded like a live announcement that he'd QSL for relay by sending 3 first class stamps and return address to POBox 1 Belfast, NY 14711.  Said he's send Presidential Platform too.
