Noted on the SDR recording from 0010z, though possibly it signed on a little earlier. 60s soul music, mostly with YL vox. At or just below the noise floor. A carrier at 6925 was visible for much of the broadcast, and music was audible in the lower side band at 0033. Not strong enough to tell if it was the same or not.

The carrier and LSB audio was probably Liquid Radio
