Very weak here at 0007 with instrumental music. Tango music faded up 0010.

I listened to the SDR recording the following afternoon (mountain time).

2357 Very weak audio under the noise floor
0009 After a few minutes of virtually no signal, it rose up to about the noise floor level at this time, audio still not very usable
0015 Music more distinguishable now
0018 Music now distinct enough to recognize as tango
0019 OFF (did not hear any ID as others have described)
