UNID RTTY 6925 S3-S5 in NY

1555: Someone sent a RTTY but I don't have the capability to decode it. Maybe someone with a SDR ?

It was too weak to decode, the best I could do is figure out it was 300 Hz shift. No idea what mode or baud rate.
