Saw this on the waterfall while trying to puzzle out who is broadcasting in 11810 right now (the usual online SWBC schedules have nobody listed for the 2300z hour, but that's beside the point here). Scanned down and sure enough some freebanders were right in the middle of the 25m broadcast band. They disappeared as soon as I got my screen recording software up and running, so no documentary evidence to share, unfortunately. They were there for maybe a minute.

The 11 MHz region seems to be another popular spot for pescadores and freebanders.  I have logged some 10 MHz activity, but 11xxx kHz seems to be second place after 6 MHz band and 4 MHz (out of band) freebanding and fishing fleets. 

Makes sense that they're in the 25 meter broadcast band.  Lots of big signals there, easy to "hide" between strong signals....if these operators are thinking that deeply into it.
