I noticed this traffic while tuning around the area nearby where the Italian traffic on 4630 kHz has been heard.  I think this is Italian, but there is such intense QRM from the wideband swoop swoop swoop signal that seems to occupy roughly 4420 kHz to 4650 kHz that I won't confirm it 100%.  I'll say 99% sure, considering the similar signal strength to the Italian signals just 10 kHz up on 4630 USB.
