I recorded the EAM, and from what i was listening it was read by the Civil Air Patrol cadets lol. Since when they know how to read the EAM'S?

The echo effect stems from multiple transmission sites around the US and globe as well as possible long delayed echo propagation. The radio operator sounds like any other USAF op, however there was a female op a few years ago that was worth tuning in to just to hear her say zulu.
We do not encourage any radio operations contrary to regulations.
