UNID Spanish Language 6950 kHz USB 1235 UTC 16 Sept 2017
« on: September 16, 2017, 1240 UTC »
UNID two-way communications in HF fixed/mobile fixed mobile band either base stations or marine HF-SSB mobile stations operating outside of band.

Frequency: 6950 kHz 6.950 MHz 6.95 MHz
Mode: USB
Time: 1235 UTC (start of log, transmissions were on-going when tuned in to frequency)

Weak Spanish speakers heard this morning on 6950 kHz USB.  "Rushing" QRM on top of them making copy very difficult.  Weak signals but I will say that I've logged 6950 USB as being a more popular for peskies frequency lately.  These guys are probably freebanders but I can't say for certain.
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m
