Weak signal here. Nothing in 3400 as expected, since the path is mostly daylight.

Keep in mind there were two SW BC stations on that frequency for much of the time HAARP was up on freq.  At one point I thought for sure I had HAARP, only to hear a voice and see audio on the waterfall.

I was tuned in to this approximately 2245-2315 on Friday 22 SEP. Significant spatter from WHRI on 9505 AM, but the steady CW signal was present throughout.
Denver, CO.
SDRPlay RSPdx & RSP2pro, Airspy Discovery HF+, Icom IC-7100, Grundig Satellit 750, Realistic DX-300, Tecsun PL-600.
MLA-30 active loop, G5RV dipole.
