UNID Spanish Language 6712.2 kHz USB 1340 UTC 21 Sept 2017

Several numbers being read, frequency is 6712.2 kHz, one station kept saying "340" "340" over and over again.  Not sure if this is a numerical callsign or ID of some sort.  Interesting frequency choice to say the least...
