UNID strong signal on 7490 playing music abruptly cut off at 1614.

I know this is a WBCQ freq. but I pretty sure this was not BCQ.

Anyone else catch that?

FT-920, SDR Play and others. 80 meter doublet/openwire feed, 80/10 OCFD, 400 BOG  NE/SW unterminated

one way to tell if it was WBCQ, they are always a few hundred Hz off frequency and their audio bandwidth exceeds the "normal" 5Khz like most other SWBC stations, going typically to 6.5Khz.
they are also known for intermittent transmissions on both 7490 & 5130 for testing/calibration reasons.

WWCR has this frequency 1200-1500, but I've copied them at other times, including times when WBCQ was on the air.
