Strong signal today, as it was at 1800 on 14538 USB. Got a cleaner decode this time though, using Rivet (build 90).

This is the XPA2 that is identified as "XPA2 m" in the Numbers and Oddities newsletter, or the "Tuesday and Sunday" schedule at priyom.org. This particular schedule is generally the strongest copy of the four known schedules used, but it varies and sometimes it's simply not there. Is it intended for North America?
