Very active frequency tonight, checked four different SDRs all up and down the east coast of the USA, and can hear activity on here on all of them.  Signal strength varies from just barely readable to S6 peaks and very good copy.  This frequency has been logged many times before, seems to be a common 4 MHz band frequency for fishing fleets or I really have no idea who these guys are but they are very active...even when the 6700-7000 kHz or so band isn't very active at all.
