Very weak here at 1339z, carrier and maybe traces of audio. foF2 is increasing slowly this morning, not quite at 7 MHz yet.
Getting stronger at 1346z. Oh, this must be Radio Paisano !

The signal really came up just before sign off.

1348 ID, then Instrumental version Italian NA.
1350 OM with "Momma Mia, That's A Spicy Meatball" and off.
