Heard on WebSDR in central Finland.

2312 - tune in and heard "Born To Be Wild".
2316 - Credence Clearwater Revival song.
2320 - Announcements and likely ID. Too weak to understand.

Carrier is right at the noise level and  modulation is too weak to hear more than 50% of the time.
