Hearing a YL and an OM talking on 8995.5 kHz USB, sounds like a telephone or telephone-like conversation, possibly a phone patch.  Noticed while listening to EAM on USAF frequency 8992 kHz USB.
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/scanners/receivers
