It seems like after I noticed activity on 6905 kHz LSB, 6900 kHz LSB came alive as well.  Possibly stations QSY'ed from 6905 LSB.  Not sure.  Informal "net" like communications, very similar to HF amateur radio operator procedures except these guys are are on 6.9 MHz and not the 7 MHz band. 

Noticing several other frequencies popping up with two way chatter, including 6905 kHz LSB, 6876 kHz LSB, 6850 kHz LSB, and 6860 kHz USB.
