Hearing what sounds like a possible telephone patch on 6874 kHz USB mode.  OM talking to a YL, OM laughing at one of the things the YL said.  Could be a regular two way HF-SSB QSO.  Noisy conditions make poor copy.  Have noticed this frequency in use before, sometimes +/- 1-2 kHz for QRM or for no reason whatsoever.  6875 kHz also logged in the past.  As we know, 6875 kHz, 6876 kHz, and 6880 kHz are all popular pirate radio frequencies..
