Mixed music and commentary, I heard the announcer ID as Voice Of theReportoftheWeek. I think this is a relay, as 6880 is not a frequency he listed when he announced where to tune in. SIO 433.

Hearing a show about propagation and other shortwave intrique on 23:19 UTC listening for the last few minutes signal is good here. Two men or more talking about shortwave radio. Signal level is S9!! I see his video feed on you tube wow pretty cool

The guy on youtube is not the pirate broadcaster, but he is being rebroadcast

Towards end, I Heard rebroadcasted person talking about Canadian Sears store employees losing 12k jobs and reminisced over the catalogs and dreamed about all the toys he wanted in the Sears catalog (to the end of broadcast on 6880).
