Hearing a large signal here at 23:39UTC with unknown song 20 over 9 signal level but seems to be not clear!!!

s3 into dc area, no fades, no qrm, fair audio for carrier.
sdr with horizontal loop antenna, 20 feet up, 250 feet all around. wellbroke loop for amdx and tropdx, very very lucky reception.
