UNID Spanish Language 6792 kHz USB 1355 UTC 19 Oct 2017

**Previously logged Spanish voice traffic on this frequency at 1315 UTC on 22 Aug 2017**

Hearing weak, but relatively clear, Spanish voice traffic communications traffic on frequency 6792 kHz 6.792 MHz mode USB.  Sounds like OMs talking.  Numerical callsigns.  "28" heard several times.  Casual QSO.  Weaker of the two stations is barely above the noise, whereas the stronger of the two stations is SIO 222 with signal peaking at S3.

Considering that both times I've heard traffic during the morning on this frequency is interesting.
