UNID Spanish Language 6866.6 kHz USB 1335 UTC 20 Oct 2017

The band is alive today!  This may be the station(s) briefly heard on 6874 kHz USB.  6882 USB, 6900 LSB, 6900 USB and 6905 LSB continue to remain active as of 1335 UTC and now 6866.6 kHz USB.  Another easy-to-remember frequency.  Poor signals so maybe it not the strong traffic heard on 6874 USB.

1336 UTC - "4747" heard, not sure if its a frequency or ID.  "5858" then heard.  Not sure what these numbers mean, or if the ID is actually "47" and/or "58" and they are simply repeating them twice due to poor conditions.
1337 UTC - stronger signal came on "its okay, its okay" possibly giving signal reports?
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m
