Hearing at least two stations having a casual QSO on 6900 kHz LSB 6.900 MHz LSB 6.9 MHz Spanish speakers.  SIO 222 with some fading.  Active frequency at 1345 UTC.  This frequency is usually busy at night but more and more I have logged activity during the daytime as well.  Sometimes its busy 24 hours a day.

6900 kHz is the primary freeband or outband frequency for the 43 meter band in the Americas.
