Hearing a QSO in Spanish, very informal (sounds like some pescadores...no really!) except this time, they're actually operating within the legal 4 MHz maritime SSB band 4MHz marine band frequencies.  Otherwise, I would put this in the "peskies" forum...but since they're operating in the legal band, I put it in Utility.

Always cool to hear marine traffic in the legal marine bands :D
