I had heard voices on this frequency sometime in the 0100-0200 hour, thought it was a peskie but knew he wasn't speaking Spanish. Should have stayed tuned.

This is a common pescadore frequency and I've heard them playing music several times over the past few years. The songs were in Portuguese and Shazam did indeed ID them as being from Brazilian artists!
