I wonder if they're running on a schedule? I'll have check my logs for a pattern.

Last night I tuned there after the USC-AZ. State game, around 4:40 utc. and there was just a faint TCS loop in there trying to make it over the noise. It was roughly the same heading as the one in Hudson Co., NJ.

0112 - hearing something now - Sounds like Latin gospel music with someone speaking over it
Very strong signal on1700 sounds like two stations one with Latin pop music and  another with Latin OM. Listening to 1710 on USB
0116 - sounds like a sermon now - should have taken Spanish instead of French in school
