Although this is a new licensed station, I am posting it here for now as it is more in the spirit of free radio than an international broadcaster.  Tuned in at 2100 to hear their test transmission announcement, talk by an English accented DJ, followed by music, and frequent test transmission announcements.  Coming in about an S7 in the clear in NY on my 48 meter half-wave dipole.

Progressive music program has been on since I tuned in; "The Baptism" by Exploring Birdsong at 2128 UTC.  Carrier went off at 2158 UTC.

I noticed this with a fair signal today November 3, 2017 at 2058 UTC on 6160 AM with the end of a song, followed by an OM with ID and email address asking for reports, then a YL with a brief news item.
2101 UTC OM chatting
2103 UTC "Vital Signs"-The Mighty Handful
(The email address sounded like 6160@shortwave.de I believe)
2108 UTC OM chatting...mention of 6160...(I'm getting some qrn making copy difficult during the fades)
2109 UTC UNID progressive rock tune
