Algeria has been coming in with fair signal lately.  Signal usually peaks between 0200 and 0300.
Playing "Take Me Home" by Phil Collins tonight @ 0028
Mostly French announcements.
0100 - clear ID's in French 'Algerienne Chaine Trois'

Also noting presumed Monte Carlo 216 kHz with a monster signal wiping out me little beacons.
