Germany Calling 6940 AM

"Germany Calling" is up on 6940 AM (6939.9 KHz) at 2300 on Saturday, October 30, 2010. Very solid AM signal here in the Boston burbs. Lord Haw Haw "Germany Calling" interval signal with various swing and march (?) songs. Robot voice gives germanycalling@gmail.com address.

Station was really strong into Chicago during the Germany Calling IS phase and the first anthem type song. SINPO 45544

Right at about 2257, the signal took a big dive here and is now just a het.

Signal still very good (no change at all, really) at 2332 UTC. Worth noting is that the email address germanycalling@gmail.com works - the operator replied to a brief signal report with some station information and an e-QSL.
