Pirana and RCW 6 Nov 2017

Weak carrier on 6929.91 which is almost certainly Radio Pirana.
Also a carrier on 6925.11 which is likely RCW.
There is a new (to me) UTE station on 6973 which is blocking Lupo. I did not notice it last night, and I had some audio from time to time from Lupo on the SDR recording, around 2350 and again 0400 or so.

Lupo heard starting around 0215 when the FSK transmission was either gone or at least weak enough to not cause grief.
