Wolverine Radio 6945 USB 0118 UTC 12 Nov 2017
« on: November 12, 2017, 0119 UTC »
Testing 1 2 3 can anybody hear me several times, fair sig but with low noise, R-2000 & dipole.
ID, then big band or swing tune from 1940's. (edit) Seems to be program of tunes with the words "bye bye" or "good bye" in them.
(edit) Switched to the Drake R8 which has wider bandwidth available in SSB.
(edit) SSTV/FAX at 0152utc. New program started at 0154 of songs with the word "hello" in them.
(edit) SSTV/FAX at 0229utc.

Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com
