Sounds like a beacon of some sort or perhaps a satellite, unsure. Does anyone know what this could be?

Secondary receiver: RTLSDR Dongle with HF upconverter

Antenna (for both receivers): 75ft (roughly 23m) random long wire with 9:9 bauln

its 12289 kHz not 12289 Kelvin Hz
Most times & frequencies posted are only an approximation.
Due to the insubstantiality of any “control list” its best avoided and never used.
