Sounds like a beacon of some sort or perhaps a satellite, unsure. Does anyone know what this could be?

Secondary receiver: RTLSDR Dongle with HF upconverter

Antenna (for both receivers): 75ft (roughly 23m) random long wire with 9:9 bauln
