 15.45 UTC  popular music S8 on WEB SDR Utwente NL, good modulation.
Some minutes later jaming by 6300 USB UTIL OM IT(pesquies?), and wide 10kHz bursts.
16.01 OM EN ID "This is Radio ???"and charakteristic by syntheiser made calling jingle.
I first heard this sign, yet unfortunately I don't record this :-\ 
I've hope listen more time, but jaming stil on, and 16.04 TRX Off
It wasn't JT voice.
