Here's another mystery signal for you.  Was using an SDR out of Milford, PA.  Alternative rock was playing on this frequency at 1140 UTC....I have no idea what it could be.  At first, I thought it might be WRCR....but they are at 1700 kHz, and they don't play rock.  Anybody? :: puzzled ::
