Tuned in at 1305 UTC, hearing several stations having a roundtable QSO on 6900 kHz LSB.  New stations checking into net at 1305 UTC, wishing "good day" to all stations on frequency.  Some stations are S9 with loud punchy audio while others are considerably weaker.  1306 UTC, saying hello to Enrique.  Pretty standard operating procedure for this frequency.  Chances are this frequency will be active all day.
