6900 kHz LSB QRM and USB 3 Dec 2017

UNID station QRMing the freebanders using 6900 kHz LSB with audio clips, sweeping tones, and SSTV...several stations then switched up to 6900 kHz USB (although the QRM on 6900 LSB has since disappeared).
