UNID Spanish Language 6905 kHz LSB 1540 UTC 3 Dec 2017

Hearing bits and pieces of Spanish language chatter on 6905 kHz LSB (6900 kHz USB has since cleared, stations went back to 6900 kHz LSB after the QRM there went away)....making the usual 5 kHz channel steps possible again.  Generally, 6900 USB + 6905 LSB don't mix too well.
