Shorty or Hiker? 7998.22 CW 1410 UTC 4 Dec 2017

It has been a long long time since I've heard any of the circa 8 MHz beacons.

The frequency is closer to Shorty, but I am hearing beacons the entire minute, not just 18 of them, and they do seem about 3 seconds apart. So probably Hiker?
