That would be my guess. I checked the SDR recording, and had what might be SSTV around 2333. It was off frequency, shifting around, and undecodeable.
Also some peskies mixing in around 0010z.

Probably Dontri. Sometimes I hear SSTV and music, but I must say that anyone who transmitt music over SSB is an idiot, there is no way to make the recepciot comfortable.
