Weird. Sounds like the fake Radio USA with WWII-era German music. I've never heard of a recording of this floating around, so I guess this is original op, back to harass a variety of DXers

2238 UTC - Signal is S7 in WNY, audio is weak but hearing some type of instrumental music.
2240 UTC - Marching music playing.

SDR catch. Originally in LSB mode at 2209 before switching to USB at 2210. Very weak in Colorado, audio largely unusable. Occasional snippets of martial band music. Nothing at all at some of the times broadcast was reported as still transmitting.
