Fair  signal @ 2245 but lost  in noise floor @ 2250.
Picked uo again -2315 with music bt Jane's Addiction.
At 2223 male anncr menyioned playing song by James Cotton from new album GIANT.
Never heard this voice before. STILL unidentified Radio?
Gone  @ 2235.
Back @ 2329 with Tom Petty.

James Cotton is still alive? I saw him and his band in the mid-70's and he was old then.
