I have some threshold music here at or slightly above the noise floor. Difficult to tune but clearly music...shazam of nos use. Hmmm  :)

I just check an SDR in Brazil they are on right now (0200 UTC, 0000 local in Brazil) and they have a good signal.
Just somebody with a radio, a computer and a pair of headphones...
