Buddha Radio 6925.5 AM 1745 UTC 5 Jan 2017
« on: January 05, 2018, 1746 UTC »
1745 Weak, sounds like someone talking? About an SIO 222.
1748 Possible ID by synth YL and OM. But it's a synth voice, so very difficult to decipher. "This is Radio.... then it sounds like the adults on the Peanuts cartoons"
1750 Maybe the ID: "You are listening to Buddha Radio... then some mention of Nepal".
1751 Possibly "This is Radio Nepal, Buddha Radio, the universe is one"
1758 Off
1804 Back on again with synth YL IDs, the modulation seems low.
1840 More IDs
1943 Off
2002 Back on.

1752 - All I can hear is an unstable carrier which sometimes
sounds like it *may* represent modulation??? I tried
           NFM but that didn't help.

A man talking, but unintelligible because it is so weak.
1858 a bit of music and "This program..."

1906 UTC:  Talking about theories of physics from the first half of the Twentieth Century.
Still, mostly unusable.

Strength increased at 1928 or so.  There were multiple IDs at 1930 and sign-off at that time.

They were up to a solid S8 that go around, with a recurring ID: "You are listening to Buddha Radio, the voice of Nepal and the universe. Take out your mat, and listen."

Off again at ~1943
